Connect ClientExec

The Payfim plugin adds a Pay with Crypto payment processor to ClientExec, confirmed by your own Payfim Gateway.

Before you start, install your Payfim Gateway and add your wallets (see Install the gateway and Add wallets). Compatibility: ClientExec 6.x · PHP 7.4 – 8.4.

1. Upload the plugin.

   Unzip payfim-clientexec.zip and upload the contents of upload/ to your ClientExec root. This creates plugins/gateways/payfim/.

2. Configure it.

   Go to Settings → Plugins → Payment Processors and select Payfim. Enter the Gateway URL and API Key (Payfim dashboard → Integrations). Signup Name is what clients see (default Pay with Crypto). Enable the plugin for signup and invoice payments and save.

   Tip: ClientExec payment processors have no test-connection button - make a small test payment after saving.

3. How payments are recorded.

   Clients choosing Pay with Crypto are redirected to your Payfim checkout. Payfim calls plugins/gateways/payfim/callback.php with a signed webhook; the plugin re-checks the payment and marks the invoice paid with the blockchain transaction hash as the transaction ID. Duplicates are ignored. Underpaid payments set the invoice to Pending with the note only X of Y received for you to review.

Troubleshooting

Clients see "temporarily unavailable"

Check Reports → Logs / the ClientExec debug log for the Payfim error (wrong URL/key or gateway unreachable).

Webhook never arrives / invoice stays unpaid

Your billing site must be reachable from the Payfim gateway server over HTTPS. Check Webhooks in the Payfim dashboard for the delivery log and HTTP status; failed deliveries are retried automatically for 24 hours.
