These terms apply to your use of payfim.com and the Payfim software ("Software"). By creating an account or buying a license you agree to them.
1. The Software
Payfim provides self-hosted software that helps you accept cryptocurrency payments into wallets you control. Payfim is a software vendor, not a payment service provider, money transmitter, exchange or custodian. Payfim never receives, holds or transfers your funds.
2. Licenses
- A license lets you use the licensed module and the Payfim gateway on one domain (and its subdomains) for as long as you like.
- Each license includes updates and support for the period shown at purchase. The Software keeps working after that period.
- You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Software, or remove license checks.
- We may suspend a license that is shared, resold, used for illegal activity or obtained by fraud.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your wallets, keys, server security, backups and for complying with the laws, tax and reporting rules that apply to your business and customers.
- You must not use the Software to sell illegal goods or services.
- You are responsible for refunds and disputes with your own customers.
4. Third-party services
The Software can query public blockchain explorers, node providers and exchange-rate APIs that you configure. Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside our control.
5. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payfim is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party APIs, wallet mistakes or misconfiguration. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
