Payfim creates a unique invoice for each order, shows the customer a QR code, watches the blockchain, and tells your store when the payment is confirmed. The coins go directly from the customer to your wallet - nobody in between can hold, delay or freeze them.

No. You pay once for a lifetime license and there are no percentage fees, monthly fees or payout fees from Payfim. The only cost of a payment is the normal blockchain network fee, which the customer pays when sending.

No. There is no processor account to open, so there is nothing to approve. You simply add receiving addresses from wallets you already control. That makes Payfim popular with international and high-risk merchants who are refused by card processors. You are still responsible for following the laws and tax rules that apply to your business.

Every invoice gets a unique amount (a fraction of a cent different from every other open invoice), XRP invoices get a unique destination tag, and Monero invoices can get their own subaddress. Payfim matches the incoming transaction to the right order and never lets the same transaction pay two invoices.

Standard shared hosting is enough: PHP 7.4 - 8.4, MySQL or MariaDB, cURL and an SSL certificate. If you run WordPress, WHMCS or OpenCart already, your server almost certainly qualifies.

Yes. Invoices are created server-to-server so a customer can never change the price, every webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256 and re-verified, the dashboard supports two-factor authentication, and Payfim never needs your private keys - only public receiving addresses.

Yes. Your license never expires and the module keeps working forever. It includes 12 months of updates and support; after that you can optionally renew updates at a low yearly price, but you never have to.

A license is used by one Payfim gateway installation on one domain (subdomains included). Staging and local sites like .test or staging. never count. You can move a license to a new domain yourself from the client area.

You need a license for each platform you connect. If you run several platforms (for example WooCommerce and WHMCS), the All-Access Bundle is the better deal.

Yes - if Payfim does not work for your store and our support team cannot fix it, request a refund within 14 days. See our refund policy.

White-label removes the small "Powered by Payfim" line from your checkout. We install it means our engineers set up the gateway, your wallets and your store plugin for you, usually within one business day.

Yes - send the refund from your wallet to an address the customer gives you, then mark the order refunded in your store. Because you control the funds, refunds are entirely in your hands.

The rate is locked for the quote period (30 minutes by default). You can add a small buffer or give a crypto discount with the price adjustment setting.

Your gateway stores invoice data on your own server. payfim.com only receives license checks (license key, domain and version) - never your orders or customers.
