Which coins should I enable?
For most stores we recommend starting with USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin and Litecoin. USDT on TRON is the most common way people send dollar-value crypto with low fees, Bitcoin is what customers ask for by name, and Litecoin is fast and cheap. Add Ethereum-based coins once you have a free Etherscan API key.
Why are USDT TRC20 and USDT ERC20 separate?
They are the same dollar token on two different blockchains with different address formats. Sending on the wrong network can lose funds, so Payfim shows them as two clearly labelled options and validates each address format when you save it.
What are confirmations?
A confirmation is a new block added after the block containing the payment. More confirmations mean more certainty. Payfim uses sensible defaults per coin (shown above) and you can change them per coin in Wallets & coins. TRON, Solana and XRP use their own finality signals instead of block counts.
