Payment sent but the order is still pending
- Open the invoice in the gateway dashboard and click Check blockchain now.
- Check the confirmations counter - the invoice waits for the number you set.
- Make sure the cron job is running.
- If the customer sent a different amount, the invoice may show Underpaid, or the payment may need to be assigned manually with Mark as paid.
"Invalid or missing API key"
Copy the key again from Integrations in your gateway and paste it into the store plugin. If you regenerated the key, every connected store needs the new one.
Webhooks failing
Open the invoice and look at Webhook deliveries. HTTP 401 means the API key in the store does not match the gateway. HTTP 404 means the store plugin is not active. A firewall or security plugin may block the webhook URL - allow it.
"Exchange rate is temporarily unavailable"
Your server could not reach the rate providers. Payfim tries CoinGecko, Coinbase and Binance in order; ask your host to allow outgoing HTTPS, or add a free CoinGecko key.
License warning in the dashboard
Enter the key from your client area under System status. Checkout keeps working for 72 hours while you fix it, and a payfim.com outage never stops payments.
